2. Services we offer
We provide residential and light-commercial heating, cooling, heat-pump, ductless, indoor air quality, and commercial refrigeration services in Stillwater, Oklahoma and surrounding communities including Perkins, Morrison, Glencoe, Perry, Cushing, Mulhall, Orlando, Ripley, and Sumner. Service availability, response time, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed at the time of your request and may change based on parts availability, weather, and demand.
3. Quotes, estimates, and pricing
Estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available and an on-site inspection when possible. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise in writing. Final pricing is confirmed before any work begins, and additional charges (e.g., hidden damage, code-required upgrades, after-hours emergency rates) are disclosed in advance. We believe in upfront, no-hidden-fee pricing — but no quote can anticipate every condition behind a wall or inside a sealed unit.
4. Scheduling, access, and cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment and worksite. Emergency service is available and may be subject to after-hours, weekend, or holiday rates disclosed in advance.
5. Warranties and workmanship guarantee
Our workmanship on installations is backed by our standard satisfaction guarantee for the period stated on your work order or estimate. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty (including Daikin's warranty programs where applicable). Warranty coverage depends on proper installation, registration, use of approved parts, and timely maintenance — recommended maintenance schedules are provided at the time of installation. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, neglect, power events, animal or insect damage, modifications by third parties, or acts of God.
6. Payment
Payment for completed work is due on the terms stated on your invoice. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Oklahoma law. We accept the major payment methods listed on your invoice. Financing through Wisetack is offered subject to credit approval and the Wisetack lender's own terms; Wisetack is an independent third party and Sitton Mechanical, LLC is not the lender.
7. SMS / text-message terms (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your mobile number on a Sitton Mechanical, LLC form, by texting our published number, or by replying YES to confirm enrollment, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Sitton Mechanical, LLC relating to appointments, technician dispatch notifications, service summaries, follow-ups, review requests, and occasional promotions.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies by the type of service request and the time of year.
- Message and data rates may apply (check with your wireless carrier).
- Carrier delivery of any specific message is not guaranteed.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or call (405) 780-3034.
- We will not share or sell your mobile number, opt-in information, or SMS consent records with any third party for that third party's own marketing.

8. Online forms and communications
Submitting a form does not create a binding contract between you and Sitton Mechanical, LLC; a service agreement is formed only when we accept your request and confirm the scope and price. By submitting a form you certify that the contact information you provide is yours.

13. Limitation of liability
