Richard and Heather founded their business in 2011. Richard began his HVAC career in 2002 and graduated from Meridian Technology Center’s HVAC program in 2004. He serves as an elder at Rockin’ M Community Church.

Heather Sitton
Co-owner
Heather and Richard founded their business in 2011. A former teacher at Stillwater Christian School, Heather later homeschooled their children and focused on church ministry. She and Richard lead the marriage ministry at Rockin’ M Community Church.
Jackson Loomis
Senior Technician
Jackson graduated from Meridian Technology Center’s HVAC program and joined Sitton Mechanical in 2020. He serves as a leader in Trail Life and is active in the community with his wife, Aubri.
Christian Sitton
Team Member
Christian began helping at Sitton Mechanical at age twelve and joined full time in 2025. He is involved in outreach, service, and music at Rockin’ M Community Church and volunteers and teaches at a local co-op.
Nolan
Team Member
Nolan grew up helping his uncle in the HVAC trade and joined Sitton Mechanical at the end of 2025. He brings a considerate approach, a smile, and a kind word to his work.
Luke
Team Member
Born and raised in Stillwater, Luke joined Sitton Mechanical after graduating in 2026. He enjoys hunting, fitness, and fishing and is known for serving others with a smile.
Connor
Team Member
After growing up helping on his family’s cattle ranch, Connor served in the Air Force working with aircrew personal equipment. He later entered the HVAC trade and joined Sitton Mechanical in early 2026.
